Geri Westfall, Broker and Owner, PRM
Geri brings to us a wide variety of experiences to Rent Me Homes. Geri wears several hats! She works as a Broker Associate with Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors, Volusia & Flagler Counties largest, privately owned real estate firm with twelve offices and more than 370 agents. Geri is considered an expert in foreclosure sales and represents more than a dozen banks and asset management companies. She has been Adams, Cameron & Company top producer for the last 4 years. In 2007, Geri added Property Management to her repertoire. Having owned her own investment properties since 1997, and having handled property management for her real estate firm for many years, Geri saw a huge need for a good property management company in her area. On May 30, 2007, she opened the doors of Rent Me Homes, her own property management company. Since, Geri has grown that company, to a rental base of over 200 rented properties with another 30-40 properties currently available and growing every day. She serves on the Board of Directors fo The Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM) and she is an Instructor for the FARPM Property Management Academy. Geri acts as the Director of Property Management Services at Rent Me Homes. She is happily married with three teenage daughters.

Chrissy Lo Curto, Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, PRM, REALTOR
Since our inception, Chrissy has been an integral part of our Management Team. Her cheerful attitude and attention to detail make her ideally suited for her "jack of all trades" position at Rent Me Homes. Tenants and property owners, vendors and collegues, have all come to love and appreciate her sunny disposition. Chrissy is the executive assistant to the Broker, and processes all residential sales, listings, and foreclosures. She is the epicenter of activity within the office and considered a superior multi tasker! Chrissy is a native Floridian and the mother of an awesome set of twins--one boy and one girl.

Gina Goff, Property Manager, PRM, REALTOR
Gina is a true native of Daytona Beach and comes to us with over 7 years experience in customer service. As a Property Manager, Gina has been diligently caring for our property owners' investment (property addresses begining with letters A-J). Her loyal service to her clients has earned her a near and dear place in the hearts and wallets of both her landlord's and tenants, alike. Gina is quick to respond to client issues, and always with a good suggestion as to how to get the job done quickly, correctly, and cost effectively. Gina's even temperment and abililty to handle many issues at once, is perfect for the job she holds. Gina is married and proud mother of 3 boys.

Kitty Carver, Property Manager, PRM, REALTOR
Kitty Carver has a long history in residential mortgage processing. As a Property Manager, Kitty has been diligently caring for our property owners' investment (property addresses beginning with the letters K-Z). Kitty is used to handling the sometimes tedious details of numerous properties at once, doing so with a smile. She has made a name for herself as a "can do" person, and her positive attitude is appreciated & respected by both staff and clients, alike. Kitty is ambitious and hardworking. She is a proud mother of a son and daughter.

Martha Wenner, Busines Development Manager, REALTOR, Mortgage Broker
Martha is the most recent addition to Rent Me Homes. Martha comes to us with a seasoned background in Real Estate, residential, multi-family and commercial alike. She is very dedicated to her profession, but more importantly to her clients, thus she has a portfolio of happy and satisfied customers. Her attention to details and communication skills make her an asset to Rent Me Homes. As a Business Development Manager she is working hard at building the company into one of the largest and finest Property Management companies in the area.
